La Financière de l'Échiquier publishes the 2nd Impact Report of Echiquier Positive Impact Europe
La Financière de l’Échiquier (LFDE), a pioneer in impact investing in listed markets, has published the second impact report of Echiquier Positive Impact Europe, an impact fund launched in 2017.
Produced with the support of an independent expert, Better Way, this report concretely measures the positive impacts generated by the investments made in the companies in its portfolio in relation to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
For example, one million euros invested in Echiquier Positive Impact Europe contributes to:
- the medical management of 1489 patients | ODD 3 Good Health and Well-Being
- avoiding the emission of 186 tonnes of CO2 through renewable energy production or improved energy efficiency | SDG 7 Clean, affordable energy.
This report, which is part of a process of transparency towards investors, reflects LFDE’s determination to contribute to the construction of impact finance in listed markets, which is essential for building a sustainable future. As a member of the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN), LFDE also contributes to several market impact groups and initiatives.
“Impact is the new frontier for SRI. Our contribution and commitment to impact is likely to intensify as we are more convinced than ever of the desperate need to build a more resilient and sustainable ecosystem.”
said Sonia Fasolo, SRI and Echiquier Positive Impact Europe Manager.
